Information on Courses

Four times a year we start with new Mindfulness Trainings. These will be held in Amsterdam. Venues may vary.

Newcomers as well as those who are more advanced are most welcome to join in.

All Trainings will contain the following types of meditation:

  • Mindfulness / Vipassana – body and mind oriented meditation
  • Kundalini Meditation – meditation based on earth and cosmic energy
  • Visualization Meditation – meditation with use of images
